We are very proud of Gavin Cady and Theresa Galli, chefs/owners of 1000 Figs, for being named to Zagat's 2016 '30 Under 30' list, a collection of young, culinary industry 'superstars' from New Orleans.
After successfully running their first food truck, Fat Falafel, Theresa and Gavin decided to open their very own restaurant in Bayou St. John on Ponce de Leon.
